A question about UGG Boots?

hey,
ok so uno the label on the back of ugg boots, iv seen some boots that the labels dark and some boots the labels light and a bit differrent, does it matter if there different does it still mean there real? or should the real ones all have the same looking label at the back?

the one on the left is fake… the one of the right is real
