Not gotten my item from ebay yet?
I bought a pair of black classic cardy ugg boots on November 3rd, and it said that shipping would be 6-8 business days. i figured that up and i should have had them either the 11th, 12th, or 13th. it’s the 16th today and i still haven’t gotten them. my mom checked on the item and it said something about UPS, so i guess that means that UPS is gonna send them.
the seller sent my mom a message of a tracking number so we can go to the UPS website, put that number in there and see where the item is. but when she put the number in there, it didn’t show anything. do you think this person really didn’t send it? or am i just worrying for no reason and it should be here soon? well i sure hope so.
hi i have an ebay shop so maybe able to help you, firstly contact buyer asking them to resend the tracking number as you are not able to locate the right one, then if you cant contact UPS direct and ask them to locate it using your post code. If you still not sorted with ina few days then go through to your payment in ebay and log an item not arrived with paypal if thats how you paid paypal will then chase up with seller. you have 30 days after purchase to do this so needs to be done soon. on the flip side of this you will need to be honest when the item arrives and ensure the seller gets the amount back.. i know the postal strikes have clogged up parcel deliveries as everyone converting to couriers so this maybe the issue. The parcel will be insured so dont worry the seller will get money back if you never recieve them. good luck hope your item arrives for you
